I design call centre systems for a retail bank, which makes me the embodiment of evil (NB: my daughter would disagree with that , and she's always right, so maybe I'm NOT the embodiment of evil). In my spare time I play a number of MMORPGs, and think deeply (or at least loudly) about how they work. Expect this blog to be mostly MMORPG-related, but I reserve the right to pontificate about writing, films, books or the news if I feel like it. Oh yes, and I'm English, just in case I say anything here that confuses readers from other nations.
