Ana Phylaxis

Hi. So my real name is Kate. I'm a 39-year old singleton who is successful and deliriously happy. In October 2012, I learned that I'm allergic to: lentils (anaphylactic), tree nuts, apples, peanuts, sesame, sunflower and artichokes. I'm working to accept my "new relationship" with the epi-pen and want to share what I've learned, my experiences and my thoughts with all of you. My hope is that you'll learn something, share something, and maybe share a laugh or giggle - after all, who says we need to be serious about serious topics all the time?
