Previously worked in Insurance accounts for 20 years. Have also worked in a ladies only gym and did some retail work at a large high street department store. Married with one daughter and currently a stay at home mum/wife. Currently very new to blogging but enjoying it all the same. I'm finding it a useful way to take stock of my life and re-think through the things that have either already happened or are about to happen. I think it will help me appreciate more things in my life. I enjoy various hand crafts, baking, going to the gym, home D.I.Y. and a little gardening, as well as going to the cinema and enjoying family life. I recently found a quote in a blog on here that also made me think, just like it did for the blogger "what is it you are doing with this one wild and precious life?" (quote by Mary Oliver) Well what are you doing? I know that I for one had better sort myself out and lose that excess 100lb that I'm carrying. I lost my dad nearly 16years ago and he would be so upset to know that I am not taking care of myself - well, that all changes from now - it's never too late to start - wish me luck xx
