J. White Sensei

Jim White Sensei has been a martial artist since the age of 16. He has studied and taught Seito Shito-Ryu Karate-Do (a traditional Japanese form) since 1996. Karate is a huge part of his life. He is the owner and Chief Instructor at Rocky Mountain Shito-Ryu Karate-Do in Canon City CO. White Sensei currently holds the rank of Sandan (Third Degree Black Belt). He has studied martial arts philosophy and trained with martial artist such as Kenzo Mabuni, John Bartholomay, John Sells, and Fumio Demuro.
