I'm an American expat who's been living in Paris since Sept. 2011. My wife and I moved out here from Colorado. I came out here to cook and have worked at L'Arpege, the 3 Michelin star restaurant as well as at Agape Substance. I now work at Verjus in the 1st. My wife started her own Photography company and together we travel around Europe, spending time with my family, seeing the sites and eating great food!
