I am the education and communications specialist for the Colorado River District. We are celebrating our 75th anniversary of protecting Western Colorado water. The Colorado General Assembly created us in 1937 to act as a counterbalancing force on transmountain water development issues and to work on Colorado's interests related to the Colorado River Compact of 1922.
