Joe Halewood is a supported housing consultant who has advised hundreds of SP providers since 2000. Unlike other consultants Joe only works for supported housing providers and not for local authorities as working both sides of the fence is a direct conflict of interest. Currently extremely concerned about the DWP paper on changing rent in exempt and supported housing accommodation the rationale for which is bogus.
