Jane Heyer

After a long search for meaning precipitated by a difficult childhood, I find myself called to share what I have learned as well as new lessons I continue to learn as my healing process continues. The main thing that I have found and that I will share here is that synchronicity of body and mind seems to be key to finding that elusive love of self that is the first step in helping others and finding meaning in life.
