I live in Cape Town, South Africa - I love the sunshine and being close to the sea and mountain. I find nature enlivening, grounding and perspective-giving. I swim, run (more of a slow jog) and practice yoga and meditation. I believe that leadership offers a path of learning - that we keep growing and evolving and expanding on this path if we are observing, reflecting and practicing ... As a coach, I see myself as a partner on this path and my intention is to support and gently challenge you to know who you are and lead from matters to you in the context of Automatic and the communities you live in.
