Jane McLeod

I am an RN who has gone full circle in her career. My experiences as a staff nurse, department director, and Chief Nursing Officer have led me to a deep desire to share those experiences with others through teaching ,writing and coaching. I enjoy using humor and storytelling to connect leaders, staff, and physicians to the wonderful adventure that is healthcare. From the bedside to the boardroom, I have worked and led at all levels and have celebrated success with staff and leaders along the way. Humor, positivity, and inspiring change are the key tools in my leadership and coaching toolbox!
