Jean Matthew Hall

Jean Matthew Hall lives in northeastern Kentucky. She holds a bachelor's degree in Education and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. She served as a classroom teacher for almost forty years. Jean is now the Editor of StarLight Magazine: Shining God's Truth through Children's Literature. Each issue is packed with Fun, Faith, Fiction, and Facts for children ages 5 - 10 years old. Jean also writes for both children’s and adult’s magazines and anthologies such as Chicken Soup for the Soul. She is the director of Write2Ignite, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, inspiring and encouraging Christians who write. When she isn’t busy reading and writing Jean enjoys spending time with her eight grandchildren who keep her busy helping with homework and school projects.
