iam a young and caring one.Believe in humanity and wish to serve humanity by having my organization.I love literature,science,humor,writing.I am a physicist and have extensive working experience as: WORKING IN WORLD BANK’S EDUCATION ROJECT SERP 11  Have been working since two years Reform Support Unit and world Bank’s Education project in Pakistan named as Sindh Education Reform Programme (SERP2)  In this project I am working as District Coordinator, Reform Support Unit Education and Literacy Department Govt of Sindh.  Being District Coordinator Have extensive experience of conducting teacher training, monitoring schools, solving community problems related to education.  Strong coordination and communication skills with officials, team members and foreign delegations. Project Coordination and Support  Facilitate communication and coordination with other functional teams  Coordinate or administer information to high officials as needed  Track the project’s budget expenditures  Monitor the projects process and outcome indicators Knowledge  In depth knowledge and sound understanding of education planning and programming, especially in relation to education quality development, teacher training.  Knowledge and experience of promoting learning for all children, including girls and children with education programming relation to education.  Five Years teaching experience at college level.  Well teaching and training experience in different colleges.  Working experience as Lecturer (BPS-17) at Government Degree College Skills  Skills in participatory monitoring and evaluation, documentation of lessons learned, dissemination and exchange of information.  Excellent skills for facilitating organizational learning processes like training, technical support, documenting and sharing best practice  Writing and editing skills.
