I have taken the leap off the sanity ledge and moved to India to marry my fiancé. We met online and after a year of Skype conversations and a few trips to visit him we decided enough was enough and my last trip out I got a one way ticket. I grew up and spent 99% of my life in Portland Oregon. I was a masters student in marriage and family counseling and working for university at the same time. By the time I finally met Sanjay, I decided that it was time to start living my life instead of just going through the motions and what better way to kick that off then move to a crazy country where I don't speak the language. This is my first attempt at blogging so please bare with me as I figure out how to translate my ability to tell a good story into the written word. Sarcasm does not always translate well on the page.
