I'm a New Yorker with a hefty appetite, a love of pork and a penchant for photographing foods that I enjoy. Ihrtporkfat: The Blog is not only a forum for which I share colorful pictures of food, but also my reverence for my favorite restaurants in this great city. I am not a critic by any means...just a fan. This blog is not meant to critique establishments that I know absolutely nothing about....but rather, to share memories of those that I go to time and again, and have a sincere love for.
