Kyla grew up in a multi-divorce family, which taught her how to be flexible and resilient at a young age. She spent much of her 20s traveling or living overseas (mostly in Asia) and much of her 30s staying put (usually in Massachusetts). She now spends her time exploring Europe, working on freelance writing projects and raising her two teenaged muses. In addition to Growing Muses, Kyla also co-authored Muses Where We Go with her teen daughter (museswherewego.wordpress.com) and is the Managing Editor of World Moms Network (worldmomsnetwork.wordpress.com).
