Greg has been a student of Eastern philosophy for over 40 years. As a result, he practices a synthesis of martial arts, meditation and qigong. He believes that the most important benefit of regular taichi practice is a harmony of heart, mind, body, breath and soul. It is the harmony of heart and mind that results in an unshakeable inner peace. From inner peace comes outer peace. The unshakeable inner peace exudes from our being as small and large acts of kindness. And so, it is no mystery that say that the practice of taichi has the power to create world peace as it is simply another way of saying the obvious, that is to say, daily acts of kindness large and small create a more peaceful world.
