In 2013 I left my old career in New Jersey to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail. I thought I would just go away for a thru-hike and then come back to New Jersey and settle back down, but that didn't actually happen at all. It's almost 2020 and I'm still more or less on the Appalachian Trail, though now I work here. I'm hoping to share some of the experiences from this journey, both its past and its continuation.
