Growing up in a Christian family amidst the cornfields of Michigan, Gillian fled the cold Michigan winters and God brought her first to Honduras as a missionary for one year and then to Waco. In Waco, God opened the doors for her to serve as a receptionist at Highland Baptist Church and help at HOPE and the Wednesday night Spanish Bible study. She enjoys exploring themes on theology, the Christian life, and ministry as she continues to be amazed by the One who pursues her in grace.
