I am 23 year old Australian living on the South Coast of England. I have a passion for all types of food and beverage . I wish to travel and discover the flavours of wine and food different cultures across the world has to offer. My love for wine goes beyond simple consumption, there is such an amazing story behind each bottle that people rarely know about or have interest in. It isn't until you start to research and discover the hard work and science that is ever developing to unearth the qualities a simple fruit can offer, that you truely start to appreciate it. Wine is made to be drunk and enjoyed, whether that be with friends and family, on special occasions or just as a beverage with your meal, I know that for this reason I want to develop my knowledge and understand to experience those moments of enjoyment on a different level. I want to use this space to keep a log of my adventures and expereinces!
