Frances Brown

Frances is a multi-published, award winning author of both fiction and nonfiction. A native of New York, USA, she now resides in Florida, USA. She teaches writing at Florida's state college and also publishes novels under the pseudonyms "Claire Gem" and "Gemma St. Claire."
