"A Preacher Without a Pulpit" Born in 1956, I am a member longtime of Northwest Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Central Ohio. Having been "called to ministry" at Camp Christian in 1974, nothing has gone as expected. I think they call it "life." In my mid 30s "the call' derailed after a very short marriage (six months) followed by three years of deep depression. But over the years in various ways, the calling has continued. Many unsuspected opportunities have come my way. These days I am physically disabled and undergoing chemotherapy for a stomach malignancy. BUT my desire to share in the ministry of Jesus Christ persists! Sometimes I have a lot to say, but nowhere to say it. So, here I am.
