Novelist, poet and scriptwriter, Gail Aldwin holds a PhD in creative writing and she’s had three novels published by independent presses. Her work has been shortlisted in The People’s Book Prize, Novel London Literary Competition and Dorchester Writing Prize 2020 and 2022. She loves delivering workshops and talks and has appeared at the Stockholm Writers Festival, Bridport Literary Festival, Bournemouth Writing Festival and the Mani Lit Fest in Greece. Prior to Covid-19, she volunteered at Bidibidi in Uganda, the second largest refugee settlement in the world. When she’s not travelling, Gail splits her time between a tiny flat in South West London and a home overlooking water meadows in Dorset, UK.
