I am what most people like to call a foodie-- one who loves to eat and appreciates tasty delectables (not to mention, red wine...). However, I am a vegetarian and and my boyfriend is a bonafied carnivore – seriously. Which means I have to get creative and experiment in the kitchen. I'm a self-taught cook and I absolutely love cooking, trying new restaurants and I occasionally read a health book every now and then – so expect to see some book and restaurant reviews along with my recipes up in here.
