Wendell A. Brown

I considered myself blessed to be able to share the poems that i have written over my lifetime, most were written in response to or inspired by what God has done for me over the years. They come from the good times and bad times but from all the moments of a relationship with the Lord. There are also many poems written for my wife of 35 years and also for family and friends, some inspired by strangers and the daily travels through life, some about Nature, death, current events. Any thing that inspired me at that particular moment unique to itself, i tried to capture its essence. The thought came to me one day with a desire on how best i could serve the Lord, what might i do that would emulate some His love and speak of it in a simple way so others might come to know what i know. I chose to share the gift he gave to me, and as He daily shares His love with me, i would share those same traits He shared with me that same love, caring, healing and lifting traits, which inspires me to do the same with all whom i might meet! I hope that my humble simple words will lift the hearts and spirits of all who read them. My blessings to you all!
