I am a writer who has published numerous freelance articles regarding music and the fine arts (please see my online portfolio at www.susanbrookseditorial.com). I am also the author of two as-of-yet unpublished book manuscripts, The Flower of Knighthood and Parsifal. I have a degree in Art History from the University of Texas with a specialization in the Middle Ages and Antiquity. The name of this blog, Parsifal's Horse, was inspired by the Arthurian tale of the quest for the Holy Grail. I also compose and perform music under the name Fleur D'Amour (please see additional information at www.fleurdamour.us and www.myspace.com/fleurdamourmusic).
