I retired in 2007 and relocated to the city of my choice. I worked for 35 years in a large organization and I am thankfully for a wonderful career that allowed me to pursue and accomplish many of my dreams. I really enjoy being retired and living most days without a schedule. I feel that this is a unique blessing and currently the best part of my retirement. Maybe, I feel this way because my life was very scheduled when I was working fulltime and completing an undergraduate degree and a master degree. During my work life, I was a member and volunteer of many organizations and community projects. For now, I am learning to limit and discipline my urge to get involved in projects. My main focus is getting to know myself better and to share some of the valuable knowledge and insights that I have learned.
