I question why management and organisational design are often not based on evidence that shows that creating good careers and a better workplace often helps the business succeed. Making it Count, published September 2009 by the Human Capital Forum in association with Logica. It shows the huge returns from human capital analysis. Strategic Risk & Reward, published in September 2008 by International Financing Review, Thomson Reuters. It is a critique of strategic people management and reward in banking, in the wake of the credit crisis.
