Life of a Recovering Anorexic & Bulimic

I am a 21 year old college student who is a proud born & raised Texan. I have been struggling with both anorexia & bulimia since the age of 13. Along with this I have been in & out of treatment. This past May I was admitted into Timberline Knolls Residential Center where I spent 12 life changing weeks. There is no doubt in my heart or mind that Timberline Knolls saved my life. Since returning from TK I have taken a semester off from college & have been doing treatment back at home. This is the first time in my life that I have been in treatment and actually wanted to be recovered. With that, I have still had my moments of doubt as well as my struggles. This journey has been far from easy & is by no means over. However, I am proud to say that I am living my life for the first time.
