Golden Pomegranates

My name is Eva, and I am a Jewish young adult living in the United States. Here are my musings about Judaism, life and the world. Why Golden Pomegranates? The pomegranate has long been a significant symbol in Judaism (read some explanations here: https://www.myjewishlearning.com/article/9-jewish-things-about-pomegranates/). I've always liked the color gold, and I think that color brings out pomegranates' regal, holy nature. I also have a periodic feature called Finches' Wings, where I share something created by someone else - some form of art - that I find beautiful. The source for that name is in my first Finches' Wings: a poem called "Pied Beauty". I know that right now, there is no archives. I will be installing those as soon as I'm able to. I've been blogging since May 2015, and have done quite a few "reruns", or repostings  of things I've written before. Sometimes I revise the piece when I repost it, so it can be worth rereading.
