I have worked in education for more than 17 years, 15 years of which were in elementary and adult classrooms. I am now in school leadership. I love the intersection between society meeting the needs of all children and classrooms keeping an eye out for each individual child. I wonder whether this is a conundrum that can ever be fully resolved.
