Elizabeth Byler Younts is an award-winning historical fiction author, who gained a worldwide audience through her first book Seasons: A Real Story of an Amish Girl (indie). She is also the author of the Carol award-winning novel The Solace of Water (Thomas Nelson/Harper Collins), critically-acclaimed novel The Bright Unknown (Thomas Nelson/Harper Collins), and The Promise of Sunrise series (Howard/Simon & Schuster). She also has a thriving one-on-one practice as a certified Life Coach where she coaches creative women to live nourishing rhythms that align with their God-given gifts. She has consulted on Amish lifestyle and the Pennsylvania Dutch dialect for two award-winning TV shows. Elizabeth lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband, two daughters, and a small menagerie of well-loved pets.
