I am an educator with 35 years experience as a high school counselor and 4 years as an adjunct professor at a graduate institution. I am also a published author (Dec. 2009) of a book about my journey to find my biological father. The book is entitled: Healing for My Hurt: A Journey to Wholeness. I am also the author of Big Boys DO Cry: The Struggle of Growing Up Black and Male (August 2013). I love reading, writing and the spoken word. I am working on starting my own consulting business.
