As a birth and post partem Doula I am passionate about empowering women through the process of birth and mothering. No two births are identical and I see myself as a guide to each women's individual path and the path of her child entering from the divine sacred into this world. Having taught pre and post natal yoga for over ten years I am deeply familiar and encouraging to women's changing bodies, minds and spirits during this powerful time. My home yoga studio in Altadena provides an intimate space connected to nature where I work with my clients to help them overcome their fears about birth and new mothering. I also facilitate mother initiation ceremonies, a.k.a. baby showers, where divine intention and spirit are utilized to provide strength to birthing women.
