I am a social psychologist who has been a cross cultural consultant for over 30 years; I am on faculty of the Intercultural Institute in Portland, Oregon; I am the Founder Emerita of Executive Diversity Services (EDS), an Organizational Development firm headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Beginning in January 2011, I have retired as President of EDS so that I can work with a few selected clients and pursue my addiction to international travel. I have been with my life partner, Andy Reynolds for 30 years; I have 3 birth sons, a step son, and a foster son...Andy and I have six grandchildren. I am an avid reader, movie-goer, and quilter.
