Doe Gavin

Currently, I work as an advisor to undergraduate students who want to go to professional school in the health and law professions. But, I've been working in higher education for almost 30 years - teaching, along with academic, major and career advising, creating curriculum and presenting at regional and national conferences. But I'm not a person wedded to my job. Although I enjoy my work, I don't want it to totally define me, nor will I let it steal more of my time than it should! I'm a mother, a grandmother, a sister, and a good friend. This site is a very basic expression of who I am, where I am, what I want to become, and where I want to go.
