I am currently the Vice President for Interferometrics, Inc., an 8(m) Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) with a 30 year track record of providing innovative products and comprehensive services to Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Commercial customers. My current role is exciting because of its diversity - I am involved in Business Development, Proposal Development, Project/Personnel Management - but my core expertise remains recruiting. I have more than ten years experience recruiting top-flight talent, primarily for mission-critical work in the National Defense arena. I have had the oppotunity to fill positions in a wide array of functional areas including Executive Leadership, Information Technology, Program/Project Management, Contract Administration, and Intelligence Analysis. I am well-versed in the security clearance realm and have been involved in a broad spectrum of Federal procurements. I have had the privelege of managing top-tier recruiters and formulating recruitment strategies to help my companies succeed and grow. I am fortunate to be connected to many thought leaders in the Recruiting and Human Resources disciplines and count them as great assets to my continuing professional growth.
