I'm a city girl who recently moved back to rural Ohio where I grew up. Now, instead of having access to massive grocery stores with every ingredient known to man, I'm stranded with limited supplies and limited variety in ingredients. I spend my days cooking and dreaming of the day where asking for shiitakes gets me mushrooms instead of dirty looks for swearing!
