I am: an emerging socially engaged activist poet working from a disability perspective having worked and participated in 'the movement' for more than 25 years in advocacy and engagement where I also gained experience of training and workshop facilitation. I am Associate Artist at Disability Arts Online; a National Portfolio organisation I am Poet in Residence at Hornsey Town Hall Facebook Group, facilitator of the Highgate Society Poetry Group and Curator of poetry events at Collage Arts where I also MC and perform my poetry. I am an Outside In Artist using photographic image and poetry. In 2019 I used this status to collaborate with two other artists on the Realm residency at Southwark Park Gallery. My current process from page to performance aims to remind mixed audiences of the continuing need to truly engage disabled people in equality. Make inclusion a reality now.
