Denise Judd lives in St. Louis, Missouri with her hyperactive young Australian Shepard that keeps her on her toes. She currently works in the IT field but is also a speaker, teacher, counselor and writer of spiritual principles and practices focusing mainly on compassion, meditation and mindfulness. It is her dream to begin writing and teaching full-time again soon because that is what makes her heart soar, being of service and reminding others of their inherent beauty.
