I love the annual food harvest which begins at Easter this year. I will be harvesting Interior Salish foods from surrounding mountain areas, meadows and almost anywhere you can find water. Country food is so yummy and so healthy. Far superior to store bought food. Come and join me this summer. We will harvest until the fall.
