I was raised in a small city in NW Indiana ... just a generation removed from the one chronicled in 'The Christmas Story' and raised by parents who are from that same Jean Shepherd era. I have always been a believer in the possibility that there will be another day, another chance, another miracle ... and continue to be fed affirmation every time the sun comes up or get a whisper in my ear from one of my kids or wife ... I should be working or running or 'doing something' but felt the need to start a blog today. Hoping any who read get a smile from it ... thanks!!
