Dan Cofran

I am a retired lawyer in Kansas City. I practiced corporate and commercial law for over 45 years as litigator in federal and state courts; as a transactional lawyer, especially in real estate, zoning, tax-incented real estate development and other land use cases; and as a civil litigation mediator. I have a life long interest in politics. I was elected and re-elected to the City Council for Kansas City MO in the 1980s and 1990s. I remain active in historic preservation work. I focus my legal readings on the U.S. Constitution and its history.
