Charles in Toronto

I'm an early-thirties M.Sc. Chemistry graduate living in Toronto, ON after almost 8 years in Vancouver, BC. The transition from graduate school to job-hunting made me reflect upon how we all have some sort of public-facing Internet presence, regardless of who put it up there in the first place. This is my open blog, the one I attach to my own name, in order to take control of that public presence with my own voice.
