Crochetn Lady

My name is Kathy. I've been crocheting as long as I can remember. I have fond memories of my grandmother, sitting on the couch with her crochet hook in her hand, busy working her magic. I don't think I appreciated her work so much when I was younger, but she has been my inspiration. Often when I crochet, I feel her with me. In a sense, she is the reason that i have started this blog. I believe that I keep her spirit alive in this world with everything I make. It's as if she actually works through me. Sometimes I feel like she is amazed at the advances that have been in the fiber arts today. There are so many new yarns available, and new textures and fabulous new colors. Even the hooks have been improved upon, more ergonomically sound. So, this blog is dedicated to the memory of my Grandma Lucy. I hope you enjoy her craft through my work.
