Janice Holladay

I am a psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I work primarily with children in the foster care system who have been significantly abused and have serious mental health issues. I have a few adult patients as well. I have a long history of depression and anxiety of my own and continue to struggle with them daily. I also have fibromyalgia. The intersection of my patients' experiences and my own illness is the place that is most difficult and yet most interesting in many ways. People always wonder speculate that therapists are crazy, so I just claim it. And, I hope by telling my own story and experiences, both personal and professional, that I will be able to help someone else. Or at least entertain!
