I am a journalist and food writer who splits her time between Galway and Belfast. I write for Food NI/Taste of UIster, the Farmers Guardian, Countryfile magazine, YES CHEF, FFT, the Irish News, the Irish Mail on Sunday and ISLE magazine. I am a member of the UK and Irish Guilds of Food Writers. I also MC cookery demos at large events. I am a media trainer and an agri-food consultant for Inter-trade Ireland
