Hello, my name is Raymond Gerson. I am an adjunct professor of college transition/success and career exploration and planning courses for Austin Community college. I also train high school teachers how to teach these strategies to their students. We teach students non-cognitive skills and critical and creative higher level thinking skills. I am the author of Achieve College Success and Achieve Career Success which are textbooks being used in colleges and high schools.
