My name is Faith Rachel Rhyne. I am not connected to any Rhyne people by blood, thus my last name means little to me. I hold my grandmothers' names sacred and have always lived within a mile of train tracks. (RXR) FaithRR is an untrained multi-modal artist utilizing text, sketch, captured image, and inquiry to explore the origins of narrative between self and world. Through longitudinal recursion, FaithRR relentlessly deconstructs the tethers of meaning and assumption that anchor her/their human perspective and experience to the constructions of dominant cultural and economic 'realities' in the context of an immediately suffering and flourishing multiplicity of interconnected realities, all living and dying. FaithRR is a high school dropout with a BA in Sociology with a minor in Black Studies, and holds a MA in Psychology with a specialization in Transformative Social Change. FaithRR has worked professionally and in community with vulnerable folks for over two decades. FaithRR a person who identifies as differently-abled due to neurodiversity factors, and her/their life has been significantly disrupted due to mental health stigma and discrimination. FaithRR has extensive education in intersectional and integrative models of human suffering and perceives all personal/familial/community problems of living and barriers to living well to be intextricably connected to the conditions imposed by the sociocultural and economic phenomena that shape the trajectories of our lives and define our identities in relation to dominant value constructs. FaithRR is severely and persistently preoccupied with the analysis of complex adaptive systems as they exist in industries of codependent exploitation that harm people and the planet.
