Ellie Langford

I'm an author, photographer, and a person passionate about making the world a better place for all children. My Bio - Ellie Langford had children’s stories published in several children’s magazines, helped with the production of a children’s science book series, and won first place in the Tennessee Mountain Writers’ contest. She had shifted her interest to photography for years, winning awards, but recently became passionate about writing fun-to-read picture books with something meaningful for children. When she’s writing, her spoiled cat keeps her company, sitting on her desk or papers. Ellie uses SCBWI, CBI, 12 x 12 Challenge, critique partners, and online writer’s groups, classes, and webinars to learn more about writing and marketing picture books.
