I'm an over-40 single mom to a son, 9, and a daughter, 6. Every day is a challenge, coming off a divorce and trying to raise two kids to do well in school, be self-assured, balanced, healthy and happy. I try really hard to keep it together but lots of stuff falls through the cracks. Two of my kitchen lights have been out for months. It took me a month to find the time to go buy the lights and they are still in the bag in the trunk of my car. But that's not the important stuff. I prioritize what's important and let the rest go, it will happen when it happens. This blog is about my (mis)adventures.
